CognitioFlow is a small team of plant, controls, and robotics engineers who spent years watching well-automated lines still stop on the exceptions the plan never covered. We build the reasoning layer that sits at the controls — and we never bypass a safety interlock to do it.

Who we are

Built by operators, for the floor.

We didn't start with a model — we started with a jam. Every founder on this page has stood next to a line that halted on a deviation the PLC was never programmed to handle. The automation wasn't broken; it was doing exactly what it was commissioned to do. The gap wasn't more logic — it was a system that could reason about the situation instead of faulting on it.

So we built a closed loop that reads the live process state, interprets what a deviation implies downstream, and acts through the controls already on the floor. The safety interlocks stay the one thing the system is never allowed to override — reasoning runs inside the guard, not around it.

We're a team of six, remote across plant and controls engineering. We show up as named people, not a logo, because the people who run your floor deserve to know who's on the other side of the loop.
